Анотація
(en) The article highlights the interaction problem of subjects of the pedagogical process. The concepts of „nteraction”, „pedagogical interaction”, „subject – subject interaction” are defined. The characteristics of an effective subject-subject pedagogical interaction between students and the teacher at the university are identified. It has been suggested that the subject-subject interaction ensures the student’s personal growth, the formation of his subjectivity in the process of in the professional training process, contributes to the personal and professional growth and development of the teacher. The leading role of the teacher in the educational process of an institution of higher education is shown. The essence of image interaction in the system „teacher – student” is revealed. The content of the teacher’s personal-professional image as an integrative quality, consisting of external and internal characteristics that directly affect the quality of professional education of future specialists, is indicated. In the process of image interaction with the teacher, the student’s personal self-affirmation is exercised, a model of professional activity is mastered.
