(ua) У статті уточнено поняття «мотивація», «мотив», наведено структуру мотивації. Визначено сутність мотиваційного компоненту до самоосвітньої компетентності. Розглядається проблема формування мотивації майбутнього вчителя математики до самоосвітньої компетентності.
(en) In this article the concepts of "motivation" and "motif" are specified, the structure of motivation is given. The essence of a motivational component to the self-educational competence is defined. The problem of formation of the future math teacher’s motivation to the self-educational competence is considered. In the article the structure of the self-educational competence is shown. The theory of various scientists’ motivation is highlighted. Different approaches to the definition of motivation in psychological and pedagogical literature are analyzed. The content of motives is considered in terms of different approaches of the researchers: kinds, the structure, types. The basic ways of motivation development of future math teachers to the self-educational competence are defined. The analysis of the pedagogical researches of the defined issue gives rise to the definition of the essence of a motivational component to the self-educational competence as the most important quality of person’s activity, self-education, person’s need in self-development; the presence of internal motives of knowledge; the stable interest in a particular branch of science and creative attitude to the public opinion. Further studies have scientific and practical value with a view to the diagnosis of the formation of future math teachers’ motivation to the self-educational competence.
