Анотація
У статті запропоновано розглядати розвивальний професійно-освітній простір особистості як особливий соціокультурний феномен, який об’єднує систему неперервної освіти та світ професій, де якісні позитивні зміни твірних компонентів простору будуть сприяти актуалізації та задоволенню потреб особистості у саморозвитку.
It is proposed to consider the development of professional-educational space of the personality asthe special sociocultural phenomenon who connects the system of uninterrupted education and the world of professions, where the qualitative changes of creative components of the space will promote the actualization and the satisfaction of the personality’s needs in self-development. The personality really increases, develops as a result of its human self-implementation in the activity as the corresponding type of action. Such type of activity removes all types of low levels and is suitable for only changing permanently and serving as the base of the development of its exponent but only to develop– toself-develop in a society. The activity develops, complicates, improves and probes in the corresponding achievements of the culture and overcomes them at the same time (that is peculiar for the culture of the process and the substantial essence of the activity –the action of the active subjects, who not only reproduce the social, but complicate its organization as well, that is realized in a dynamic inorganic open system –society).
