Self – improvement as a factor of development of personality of future teacher

Abstract

(UA) У статті визначається зміст та значення самовдосконалення особистості майбутнього педагога як фактору розвитку особистості, обґрунтовується необхідність підготовки майбутнього вчителя до безперервного особистісного та професійного самовдосконалення.

(EN) The article defined the content and the sense of the process of self-perfection of personality of future teachers as a factor in personality development; well-grounded the necessity of preparing future teachers to the continuous personal and professional self-perfection. Development of personality takes place not only under the action of external forces, but also as a result of the human activity. Self-perfection is seen as the highest form of the personality's self-development, as an opportunity of personal growth and on their own striving to move closer to a certain ideal the purpose of gaining characteristics and traits of the personality.
