Анотація
(ua) У статті наведено сучасне тлумачення поняття «професійна компетентність». Розглянуто можливі шляхи формування професійно-педагогічної компетентності майбутніх учителів трудового навчання в умовах сучасної освіти. Визначено умови ефективного формування у вчителів трудового навчання професійно-педагогічної компетентності до яких відносять: формування світогляду та спрямованості особистості, на основі яких відбувається засвоєння студентами знань та вмінь; розвиток професійних здібностей і професійно значущих рис особистості; індивідуально-диференційований підхід до студентів. Проаналізовані ключові компетентності вчителя трудового навчання. У процесі дослідження проведено аналіз наукової літератури та інформаційних джерел з питань формування у майбутніх учителів трудового навчання професійно-педагогічної компетентності, використано метод узагальнення результатів. Обґрунтовано завдання оновлення змісту науково-методичної роботи з педагогічними кадрами.
(en) The article gives a modern interpretation of the concept of «professional competence». Possible ways of formation of professional-pedagogical competence of future teachers of labor training in conditions of modern education are considered. These include: formation of a worldview and orientation of the person, on the basis of which students learn knowledge and skills; development of professional abilities and professionally meaningful personality traits in the context of acquiring pedagogical experience; Individually differentiated approach to students in the educational process. The key competencies of the teacher of labor training are analyzed. In the course of the research, the analysis of scientific literature and information sources on the formation of future teachers of labor training of vocational and pedagogical competence was conducted, a method of generalization of the results was used. Realization of ways of formation of vocational and pedagogical competence of students of institutions of higher education will promote improvement of the quality of training of future teachers of labor education and will ensure their competitive ability during labor activity, in particular: will enable to effectively use the received professional knowledge, skills and abilities in practical activity; to use innovative educational technologies.The educational qualification characteristic of the teacher of labor training summarizes the content of the acquired education, reflects the goals of education and training, determines the place of a specialist in the educational field and the requirements for his professional and pedagogical competence. Therefore, before the pedagogical institution of higher education, the task is to update the content of scientific and methodological work with pedagogical staff and to pay attention to the problem of the formation of the content of vocational education on the basis of a competent approach as a scientifically grounded system of didactic and methodically executed educational material for specialists of the corresponding educational-qualification levels.
