Самоосвітня діяльність майбутнього вчителя: теоретичний аспект

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано різні підходи до змісту поняття "самоосвіта", визначено особливості та значення самоосвітньої діяльності для майбутнього вчителя як однієї з форм особистісного та професійного самовдосконалення; обґрунтовано необхідність формування у майбутніх учителів готовності до самоосвітньої діяльності.

In this article examines different approaches to content notion of «self-education». Self-education of the personality is seen as a conscious kind of activity, which includes the need for personality-professional development and directed in accordance to the motivation and goals of the individual. Self-education is one of the fundamental needs of the individual. The features and values of self-education for future teachers as an one form of personal and professional self-perfection is defined as a condition of development in the teacher's ability to self-realization creativity, direction on self-development throughout life. The necessity of the formation of future teachers' readiness for self-education is substantiated.
