Особливості побудови мотивації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів у процесі їх професійної підготовки

Abstract

У статті на основі розкриття значущості проблеми мотивації навчання характеризується сутність та виокремлюються особливості мотивації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентської молоді у процесі їх підготовки як майбутніх фахівців.

The article states that student’s learning in higher education institutions is an important step in becoming a professional where the motivated activity in general has the special urgency, which includes the recognized system of hierarchically interconnected internal motivation of the individual, which is formed at a certain stage of a person's life and are updated and directs its activities. In this case, the actual resistance of professional orientation depends on the motivation. The motivation of educational-cognitive activity is a factor that determines the effectiveness of the training of students and allows them to look for actively the replenishment of the expertise; acquisition of professional skills; improving the skills and abilities necessary for a particular specialist area; to eternal self-improvement; leads and directs the activities of the individual to the effective formation of future teacher-professional.
