Документ Професійне самовизначення та планування кар’єри студентської молоді всистемі вищої освіти(2025) Олексенко, Каріна Борисівна; Солонина, Василь Олександрович; Непша, Олександр Вікторович(ua) У статті розглядається професійне самовизначення та планування кар’єри студентської молоді, а також ефективність програми кар’єрного консультування. Автори ставлять за мету обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити вплив кар’єрного консультування на формування професійної ідентичності та рівень усвідомленого планування кар’єри у студентів, використовуючи RIASEC-модель Дж. Голланда. Дослідження підкреслює важливість профорієнтації у студентський період, оскільки саме тоді закладається основа майбутнього професійного шляху. Професійне самовизначення визначається як усвідомлений вибір професії на основі інтересів, здібностей, цінностей та життєвих пріоритетів. Кар’єрне планування, у свою чергу, допомагає студентам краще зрозуміти себе, усвідомити сильні та слабкі сторони, сформувати об’єктивну самооцінку та чітко визначити професійні цілі. Це сприяє підвищенню мотивації, формуванню професіоналізму та розвитку необхідних навичок. Автори виділяють п’ять ключових етапів професійного самовизначення: самопізнання, дослідження професій, оцінка можливостей, прийняття рішення та реалізація вибору. Кожен етап детально описується, розкриваючи його значення для цілісного становлення професійної ідентичності. Для експериментальної перевірки було залучено 90 студентів 2-3 курсів бакалаврату з трьох українських університетів. До та після чотиритижневої програми кар’єрного консультування, що включала модулі з самопізнання, аналізу ринку праці, постановки цілей та розробки індивідуаль-ного кар’єрного плану, проводилося тестування за адаптованим опитувальником Дж. Голланда. Додатково оцінювалися ступінь диференціації профілю, конгруентність професійних намірів та рівень впевненості у виборі професії. Результати дослідження показали статистично значущі позитивні зміни у всіх шести професійних типах за RIASEC-моделлю (реалістичний, інтелектуальний, артистичний, соціальний, підприємницький, конвенційний) у студентів експери-ментальної групи. Найбільше зростання спостерігалося за соціальним, інтелектуальним та реалістичним типами, що свідчить про посилення інтересу до соціально значущої, дослідницької та практично-орієнтованої діяльності. Це підтверджує ефективність розробленої програми кар’єрного консультування у підвищенні професійної зрілості та розширенні особистісних орієнтацій студентів.Таким чином, дослідження доводить, що цілеспрямоване кар’єрне консультування є ефективним інструментом для формування усвідомленого професійного самовизначення та розвитку навичок кар’єрного планування серед студентської молоді.Документ Трансформація освітнього процесу епоху цифрових змін(2025) Олексенко, Роман Іванович; Олексенко, Каріна Борисівна; Андрюкайтене, Регіна; Дяденчук, Альона(ua) У статті розглядаються ключові аспекти цифрової трансформації освітнього процесу. Проаналізовано основні напрямки змін в освіті під впливом цифрових технологій, зокрема розвиток онлайн- та дистанційного навчання, персоналізованих освітніх траєкторій, мобільного та мікронавчання, гейміфікації й аналітики даних. Окрема увага приділена трансформації ролі викладача. У роботі окреслено основні переваги цифровізації та виклики, запропоновано шляхи подолання цих викликів. (en) The article examines key aspects of the digital transformation of the educational process. The main directions of changes in education under the influence of digital technologies are analyzed, in particular, the development of online and distance learning, personalized educational trajectories, mobile and microlearning, gamification and data analytics. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the role of the teacher. This positions creative tourism as both a critical business asset and a valuable tool for improving the human experience. У дослідженні розглянуто ключові напрями американської присутності, такі як енергетична безпека, контроль над стратегічними транспортними маршрутами, забезпечення стабільності союзників та протидія конкурентам, зокрема Китаю та Росії. Особливу увагу приділено трансформації політики США після «Арабської весни», війни в Сирії, іранської ядерної програми та нормалізації відносин Ізраїлю з арабськими країнами. Проаналізовано економічні інструменти впливу США, зокрема санкції, інвестиції, торговельні угоди та допомогу на розвиток. У роботі зроблено висновки про подвійність американської стратегії, що поєднує економічні важелі й військово-політичну присутність, а також окреслено перспективи подальшої ролі США в регіоні на тлі глобальних викликів. (en) The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the United States’ geoeconomic interests in the Middle East and the specifics of its geopolitical strategy in the region. The research examines key areas of U.S. involvement, such as energy security, control over strategic transport routes, ensuring the stability of allies, and countering competitors, notably China and Russia. Special attention is paid to the transformation of U.S. policy after the Arab Spring, the war in Syria, Iran’s nuclear program, and the normalization of Israel’s relations with Arab countries. The study also analyzes the economic tools used by the U.S., including sanctions, investments, trade agreements, and development assistance. The thesis concludes that U.S. strategy in the Middle East combines economic leverage with military-political presence, and it outlines prospects for America’s future role in the region amid global challenges.Документ Феномен лідерства у політиці: аналіз успішних кейсів(2025) Діденко, Діана Сергіївна; Didenko, D. У роботі розглядаються теоретико-методологічні засади аналізу політичного лідерства, його сутність, функції, типологія та етапи становлення як соціального та політичного явища. Значна увага приділена вивченню історичної еволюції лідерства, впливу соціокультурних чинників на формування лідерських якостей та моделей взаємодії лідера з масами. Політичне лідерство розглядається як ключовий елемент функціонування демократичних інститутів і стабільності політичної системи. Therefore, the objective of this article was to identify the contents of political psychology required for the formation of transforming leaderships in the XXI century, as a condition of possibility to develop schools with a vocation for the political formation of the leaderships that today’s society needs. Methodologically, the documentary research technique and philosophical reflection were used. The results obtained allow us to conclude that by embodying the characteristics of transformational leaders and understanding the difficulties of political psychology, these leaders not only foster an environment of growth and innovation, but also ensure that ethical considerations are at the forefront of decision making, for the benefit of their learning communities and democracy in general.Документ Identity in the "post-globalization" of the new society as "homo spiritus in universum concentus"(2023) Харченко, Юлія Володимирівна(en) "Post-globalization" is presented as a new phenomenon, considered in the perspective of history, what actualized the definition of the place and role of the individual in the new state of society. The goal of the study was the conceptualization of the phenomenon of personality in the "post-globalization" of the new society based on epistemological and ontological approaches. The key task of the research made it possible to verify whether "post-globalization" is one of the ways to preserve the life of the globalized world. As a result, the "end of globalization", the world's entry into a new state under a different name, and the impact of these processes on the individual were confirmed. Meta-ontology has shown, that personality appears as universality in the system of "universe – society – man" relations. It was shown that the new model of society can serve as a basis for the coming world formation. Personality is presented as the basis of a complex system. The proposed model of "Homo Spiritus in Universum Concentus", considering the acceleration of time, is the most optimal in the future.
