Використання інноваційних підходів до вдосконалення змісту і методів підготовки студентів при вивченні ними дисципліни технічна творчість

Abstract

(uk) У статті розглядаються проблеми використання інноваційних підходів до вдосконалення змісту й методів підготовки студентів.Здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукових джерел, який дав можливість констатувати, що сучасна педагогічна наука потребує теоретичної розробки та впровадження в практику освітньої діяльності нових підходів до організації навчально-виховного процесу, який спрямований не на збільшення кількості знань, а на творчий розвиток особистості, на вироблення вмінь людини вчитися. Зокрема, в публікації розглядаються та аналізуються конкретні приклади використання елементів проблемного навчання при викладанні лекційного матеріалу з дисципліни «Технічна творчість», використання методів розв’язання технічних завдань і задач, які сприяють формуванню у майбутніх учителів трудового навчання й технологій різних творчих здібностей.

(ru) В статье анализируются проблемы инноватики как современного, актуального направления педагогических исследований. Рассматриваются конкретные примеры использования активных методов обучения, которые способствуют формированию и развитию творческой личности будущих учителей технологий при изучении ими дисциплины «Техническое творчество».

(en) The article discusses the use of innovative approaches to improving the content and methods of training of students. Carried out the theoretical analysis of scientific sources, which made it possible to state that with the development of scientific-technical progress, information and production technologies, the traditional system of education, which is based mainly on the transmission and reproduction of knowledge, abilities and skills can not fully ensure the preparation of modern, high-quality specialists in various fields. Therefore, teaching science requires theoretical development and introduction into practice of educational activities of new approaches to the organization of the educational process, which aims to increase knowledge, creative development of personality, development of skills of the person to learn. On the basis of the analysis determined the purpose of the publication, which is that for the formation and development of creative personality of future teachers of technologies to study the discipline «Technical creativity» requires the use of effective methods, ways of learning that help to develop the creative, technical abilities. In particular, the publication examines specific examples of the use of elements of problem-based learning in the teaching of the lecture material, i.e., the lecture material is structured to pre-determined questions that encourage students to debate. Also discusses the use of the method of solving technical problems, which contributes to the formation of students creative abilities : the ability to see the problem, ease of generating ideas, flexibility, critical thinking, ability to ana lyze, assess, rework, etc., focuses on the importance of diagnostics of level of preparation of students. With the purpose of the final control are proposed and analyzed developed test items that allow the teacher to assess the level of assimilation of the factual material on the discipline «Technical creativity» and the level of development of creative abilities of future teachers of technology. Thus, the use of innovative approaches, new methods, techniques, means of training is a contemporary issue of pedagogical, methodical science, research aimed at achieving the final result – the formation and development of educated, creative personality. Further study of this problem, in our opinion, should be based on theoretical and practical developments concerning the modernization of content and methods of training and development of students.
