Особливості вивчення теми «загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування» при викладанні нормативної дисципліни «охорона праці в галузі»

Abstract

(ua) Стаття присвячена особливостям вивчення студентами вищих педагогічних навчальних закладів при викладанні нормативної дисципліни «Охорона праці в галузі» системи загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування в Україні, як складової частини комплексу заходів і засобів з охорони праці застрахованих робітників, що дозволяє зменшити, компенсувати та попередити негативні наслідки впливу виробничих чинників. Розглянуті такі її основні компоненти, як: 1) загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування від нещасного випадку та професійного захворювання на виробництві, втрати працездатності; 2) загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування на випадок безробіття; 3) загальнообов’язкове державне пенсійне страхування. Проаналізовано сучасний стан виробничого і невиробничого травматизму та обсяги професійних захворювань в Україні.

(en) The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the study of students of higher pedagogical educational institutions during the teaching of the normative discipline «Labor protection in the industry» of the system of compulsory state social insurance in Ukraine as an integral part of the complex of measures and means for the protection of the work of insured workers, which allows to reduce, compensate and prevent negative consequences of the influence of production factors. Considered its main components, such as: 1) compulsory state social insurance against accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, disability; 2) compulsory state social insurance against unemployment; 3) compulsory state pension insurance. The conditions of provision of the corresponding social services and material support for such types of social insurance are analyzed as: 1) pension insurance: old-age pension, disability due to general illness (including non-work-related injuries, childhood disabilities); survivors’ pensions; medical preventive and rehabilitation measures; assistance for the burial of pensioners; disability pension due to an accident at work or occupational disease; a survivor’s pension who died as a result of an accident at work or a occupational disease; 2) insurance in connection with temporary incapacity for work: temporary incapacity benefit (including care for a sick child); pregnancy and childbirth assistance; 3) insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused disability: preventive measures for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases; restoration of health and efficiency of the victim; temporary incapacity benefit due to an accident at work or occupational disease; compensation for damages caused to the employee by injury or other damage to health related to the performance of his work duties; assistance for the burial of persons who have died as a result of an industrial accident or occupational disease; 4) unemployment insurance: unemployment benefit; reimbursement of expenses related to vocational training or retraining and vocational guidance; a subsidy to the employer for the employment of the unemployed, including young people at the first workplace; assistance for the burial of the unemployed; preventive measures aimed at preventing the occurrence of insured events.
