Про співвідношення морально-особистісних характеристик І. Є. Тамма та В. О. Сухомлинського

Abstract

(uk) Стаття присвячена актуальній нині проблемі формування особистісних характеристик людини, морально-наукових якостей дослідників на прикладі аналізу співвідношення морально-особистісних характеристик видатних постатей ХХ століття І. Є. Тамма та В. О.Сухомлинського. Такий аналіз має на меті виокремити 10 особистісних характеристик вчених для використання у освітньому процесі як середньої, так і вищої школи. Головне – одержати ще одне свідотство того, яке місце має займати особистість інформаційного суспільства ХХІ століття. Варто зрозуміти, що В. О. Сухомлинський займає у нашій науці, в науці про людино знання позиції якраз майбутнього, а не вчорашнього дня. Аналогічно необхідно показати, що без дійсно наукових знань природничих наук, фахівцем яких був І. Є. Тамм не сформувати компетентнісної особистості, здатної конкурувати на ринку праці і бути захищеною знаннями. Тому поєднання особистісних характеристик вказаних вчених у значній мірі дозволить сформувати особистісну траєкторію розвитку людини.

(ru) Статья посвящена актуальной в настоящее время проблеме формирования личностных характеристик человека, морально-научных качеств исследователей на примере анализа соотношения морально-личностных характеристик выдающихся фигур ХХ века И. Е. Тамма и В. А. Сухомлинского. Такой анализ имеет целью выделить 10 личностных характеристик ученых для использования в образовательном процессе как средней, так и высшей школы. Главное – получить еще одно свидетельство того, какое место должна занимать личность информационного общества XXI века. Стоит понять, что В. А. Сухомлинский занимает в нашей науке, в науке о человеко знания позиции как раз будущего, а не вчерашнего дня. Аналогично необходимо показать, что без действительно научных знаний естественных наук, специалистом которых был И. Е. Тамм не сформировать компетентностной личности, способной конкурировать на рынке труда и быть защищенной знаниями. Поэтому сочетание личностных характеристик указанных ученых в значительной степени позволит сформировать личностную траекторию развития человека.

(en) The article is devoted to the current problem of formation of personality characteristics of a person, moral and scientific qualities of researchers on the example of the analysis of the ratio of moral and personal characteristics of outstanding figures of the 20th century I. Ye.Tamma and V. O.Sukhomlynsky. Such an analysis aims to distinguish 10 personality characteristics of scientists for use in the educational process of both secondary and higher schools. The main thing is to get one more testimony of the place that a person of the information society of the 21st century should occupy. It is worth to understand that V. O. Sukhomlynsky takes in our science, in the science of man, knowledge of the position of just the future, but not yesterday. Similarly, it must be shown that without really scientific knowledge of the natural sciences, whose specialist was I. Y. Tamm, he did not form a competent person capable of competing in the labor market and being protected by knowledge. Therefore, the combination of personality characteristics of these scientists will greatly allow the formation of a personal trajectory of human development. Now you can hear the most incredible characteristics of the prominent figures of Ukrainian scholars. This is especially true of the scientific and pedagogical personalities of S. A.Makarenko, V. O. Sukhomlynsky, I. G. Tkachenko, whose activities were connected with Ukraine. Among them, I. Y. Tamm is the only winner of the Nobel Prize, a native of Yelisavetgrad. There is a problem to investigate personal characteristics of thinkers on the example of V. O. Sukhomlynsky and I. E.Tamma. To the personality characteristics which were characteristic of both scientists we have attributed: – the ability to cherish personal values and shrines of his consciousness and his heart, the shrines of the Motherland. Such a character, as Vasily Alexandrovich, and Igor Yevgenovich define as awareness and experience of the purpose and content of life, as the ability to ask a question: in whose name does a person live? and respond to it; – although scholars were born in different historical epochs, they have a harmonious combination of social and personal, great and small in the spiritual life of a person; – the formation of the ability to have and develop spiritual values, to distinguish, to see, to find them in the personal world is important; -– I. Ye.Tamm in the team managed by him constantly felt the need for a person in a person exactly as V. O. Sukhomlynsky could not live without the individualities of the pupil and pedagogical collective as carriers of spiritual values. They sought to create the need for the emergence and development of this need based on the spiritual community of people, their desire to master spiritual values; – both scientists actively and tolerantly treated the carriers of good and evil, had a high level of sense of human dignity, which helped them in their activities; – the key to the success of thinkers was intellectual wealth, courageous creative mind, the desire to constantly live in the world of thought, constantly enrich and develop their minds; – their activity was unthinkable without systematic aesthetic enrichment, the need for the development of beauty; – the highest value in them was the boundless love of work, the desire for self-improvement of labor skills; physical perfection A special place in the research activity of researchers is the problem of moral and scientific ethics and behavior, which are manifested in publications, reports. An example of such scientific conscientiousness is the research activity of the Heroes of Socialist Labor, Academician and Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, I. E. Tamma and V. O. Sukhomlynsky. They did not even know what kind of plagiarism they were, they did not understand how to write off, or to make them discover others.
