dc.description.abstract(ua) Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі реабілітації дітей з наслідками дитячого церебрального паралічу. Рухові порушення є основними ознаками хвороби. Для покращення розвитку рухових здібностей у таких дітей було обрано плавання. З’ясовано, що більшість досліджень підтверджують зна-чущість плавання у програмі реабілітації дітей з дитячим церебральним паралі-чем. У результаті представлено комбінований комплекс засобів плавання, що спрямований на розвиток рухових умінь дітей з наслідками дитячого церебра-льного паралічу (на прикладі спастичного тетрапарезу). Складові комплексу: загальнорозвиваючі вправи на суші; імітаційні вправи на бортику басейна; вправи у воді спрямовані на: первинне ознайомлення з водним середовищем; навчання зануренню, спливанню і лежанню, ковзанню у воді; навчання перших плавальних рухів; вправи для виконання в домашніх умовах.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract(en) The article is devoted to the actual problem of the rehabilitation of children with the consequences of the infantile encephalic apoplexy. Infantile ence-phalic apoplexy is a general term for a group of diseases. Motor disorders are the main signs of the disease. A child with such peculiarities in development, during his whole life, faces a number of specific physiological and psychological difficulties. There are many possible causes for its occurrence, so far there is no single classifica-tion for this disease. Therefore, the search for effective improving means of the physical development of such patients requires an individual approach. There are various motive disorders in the cases of the infantile encephalic apoplexy and one of the best physical means of their elimination is swimming. Accordingly, there is a need of careful study of the issue of rehabilitation by swimming facilities. It has been found that the majority of studies confirm the importance of swimming in the pro-gram of rehabilitation of children with the infantile encephalic apoplexy. Means of swimming during physical rehabilitation help to form motor abilities and skills, pre-vent the contractures of joints, promote the development of supportive reaction of arms, legs, equilibrium reactions. As a result set of swimming facilities aimed to de-velop the motor skills of children with the effects of the infantile encephalic apoplexy (for example, spastic tetraparesis) is a represented. The main components of this complex: are exercises on the land; simulation exercises on the side of the pool. exer-cises in water are action-oriented: exercises for initial acquaintance with the proper-ties of water, exercises for steeping practice, swimming and lying, skimming, exer-cises for training the first swimming movements. This complex is based on the rec-ommendations of the leading scientists in the field of adaptive sports and is adapted to the peculiarities of the participants’ of the experimental group disease evidence, as well as based on the principles of regularity, systematic and continuity of employ-ment, individual approach, accounting for the stage and severity of the disease, age and mental developmentt of a child.uk_UA
