Методологічна культура як характеристика професійного світогляду майбутнього вчителя

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються теоретичні засади формування методологічної культури майбутнього вчителя. Автор обґрунтовує власне розуміння сутності й змісту методологічної культури як важливої професійної характеристики майбутнього педагога. Методологічна культура розглядається як характеристика професійного світогляду майбутнього вчителя.

The article highlights the theoretical basis of methodological culture of future teachers. The author grounds his own understanding of the content and methodology of culture as an important professional characteristic of future teachers. The methodological culture of a teacher is defined as a holistic, multilevel and multicomponent formation in the structure of personality that contains knowledge of teaching methodology, possession of methods and techniques (methodology) of scientific knowledge, mental activity using methodological reflection, developed skills of critical analysis of pedagogical reality, the system of external pedagogical and human values which determine professional consciousness, philosophy of educational activity and determined by the properties of an integrated personality. Methodological culture is seen as a characteristic of the professional outlook of future teachers.
