Місце та роль креативності в процесі індивідуалізації та соціалізації особистості юнацького віку

Abstract

(uk) В статті проаналізовано різні аспекти процесів соціалізації та індивідуалізації особистості, розглянуто основні теорії взаємозв’язку цих процесів. Висвітлено особливості організації та результати дослідження взаємозв'язку індивідуалізації та соціалізації в процесі розвитку. Надано рекомендації для роботи зі студентами, щодо сприяння їх індивідуалізації та визначено шляхи оптимізації та гармонізації процесів соціалізації та індивідуалізації, запропоновано.

(en) The article analyzes various aspects of the processes of socialization and individualisation of the individual, discusses the basic theories of the interconnection of these processes. The peculiarities of the organization and the results of the study of the relationship of individualization and socialization in the development process are highlighted. Recommendations for working with students are given, to promote their individualization and the ways of optimization and harmonization of processes of socialization and individualization are defined, a training program for support of these processes is offered. The theoretical analysis of the problem of creativity is made in the article, the peculiarities of its manifestation and the specifics of development in the process of socialization and individualization are covered. It is in his youth that such specific personality traits as the desire for self-actualization and self-identification, the need for group belonging, emotional sensitivity come to the fore. Creativity - as a process of creating something new, leads to the formation of an independent, responsible personality, able to successfully solve educational, educational, psychological and pedagogical problems. Researchers highlight numerous determinants of high levels of creativity development. And now, in order to solve the problems of modern times, society is interested in identifying psychic resources and increasing the level of human creative potential at all stages of ontogeny, namely in the process of socialization and individualization. One of the main factors of personality formation, along with biological, is the social factor that provides, first of all, the socialization of the individual. The concept of «socialization», despite its widespread use and more than a hundred years of history, has no clear interpretation among scientists.
