(uk) Успішна діяльність учителя музики неможлива без стійкого інтересу до професії, до мистецтва, без творчого пошуку, самовдосконалення, бажання працювати з дітьми. Формування зазначених якостей особистості повинно відбуватися на студентській лаві як під час навчання, так і в позанавчальній діяльності. Цьому сприяє участь студентів у роботі аматорських музичних колективів як одній із форм організації художньо-творчої діяльності майбутнього педагога-музиканта.
(ru) Успешная деятельность учителя музыки невозможна без стойкого интереса к профессии, к искусству, без творческого поиска, самосовершенствования, желания работать с детьми. Формирование данных качеств личности должно происходить на студенческой скамье как во время учебы, так и во внеучебной деятельности. Этому способствует участие студентов в работе аматорских музыкальных коллективов как одной из форм организации художественно-творческой деятельности будущего учителя музыки.
(en) At the beginning of the ХХІcentury new lines of world civilization, globalizations related to the processes, functioning of information technologies was outlined. Today social responsibility of young man appears in her ability to the permanent cultural improvement. The model of personality of the future consists not only of level of knowledge, abilities and skills but also from the level of breeding. An important role, forming and development of spirituality is played by an artistic culture, in particular art. Creative activity of teacher-musician is related to creative nature of both art and pedagogical process.An important role in musical-pedagogical activity is carried out by capabilities, personality internals, it costs to have knowledge, own abilities and skills. The professional becoming takes place in an educational process and post studies activity. Leading direction of post studies activity is art esthetic activity. Activity of music master envisages the use ofcollective forms of organization of educational educator process. Therefore participating of young people in artistic work is related to the orientation on a collective. Activity of student musical collective is based on direct musical practice. In basisof his functioning is the personal desire and personal interest of participants. One of main tasks of leader there is forming of interest in an art and proof requirement in musical employments. Freedom of creative self-expression does not eliminate group discipline of participants of collective. Basis of pedagogical influence is presented by dialogue relations. Basic principles of guidance by a student musical collective: the use of scalene influence of music on personality; stimulation of requirement is in musical employments; stimulation of creative activity; dialogic co-operation and polilog. The successful activity of music master is impossible without proof interest to the profession, to the art, without the creative search, self-perfection and desireto work with children. The formation of these qualities must take place where is a student, both during studies and in the post studies activity. Participation of students in amateur musical collectives as one of forms of organization of artistically creative activity of future music master promotes to it.
