Анотація
(ua) Стаття присвячена дослідженню вимог інноваційного виробництва до профільного навчання технологій виробництва учнів старших класів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. При дослідженні використано взаємно доповнювані методи: вивчення, аналіз і систематизація навчальної, методичної, психолого-педагогічної, соціологічної та соціально-економічної літератури, а також системний та проблемно-пошуковий методи для формулювання пропозицій, висновків та напрямків подальших досліджень. Автором виділено й проаналізовано декілька аспектів вимог іннова-ційного виробництва до профільного навчання старшокласників технологій виробництва, запропоновано шляхи їхньої реалізації, сформульовано висновки, а також запропоновано напрямки подальших наукових досліджень.
(en) The article is devoted to the study of the innovative production requirements for subject-oriented teaching Production Technologies to high school students of general education establishments. It is carried out on the basis of situation that the person behind the entity is the creator of what did not exist that is is an innovator therefore transition of society to innovative type of development is process of transformation of the person of the agent of scientific and technical and social progress at his valid subject. In the research the following interchangeable methods have been used: study, analysis and systematization of educational, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, social and economic literature together with the system and problem-solving methods for making up recommendations, conclusions and the directions of further research. The author has pointed out and analyzed such aspects of the innovative production requirements for subject-oriented teaching Production Technologies to high school students as: knowledge of peculiarities of innovative processes which occur in the workplace; specific personality traits necessary for work in conditions of increasing change of technological processes, professions, production technologies and realization of the non-standard, original, creative ideas; skills of technical, technological, economic and ecological grounding of each design-technology solution; mastering some professional competences which are connected with peculiarities of the chosen subject, current state of a related production branch, and the development prospects; skills of using information and communication technologies in practice; mastering communicative competences. Ways of implementation of the selected production requirements for subject-oriented teaching Production Technologies to high school students have been offered, the conclusions have been brought out, and the directions of further scientific research have been highlighted, in particular to search of ways of involvement of the seniors to innovative production and scientific and practical processes connected to the selected profile and to enhancement of educational and methodical support of educational process.
