Анотація
(uk) У статті здійснено спробу представити можливості удосконалення виховного сегменту професійної підготовки майбутнього фахівця-міжнародника, визначити специфіку виховного середовища закладу вищої освіти, здатного забезпечити його професійно-особистісний розвиток та розширити уявлення про теоретико-методологічне підґрунтя й умови створення саме такого середовища, котре зумовлює як саморозвиток і самореалізацію особистості, так і зміни в системи професійної вищої освіти в цілому.
(ru) В статье предпринята попытка представить возможности усовершенствования воспитательного сегмента профессиональной подготовки будущего специалиста-международника, определить специфику воспитательной среды вуза, способствующей его профессионально-личностному развитию, а также расширить представления о теоретико-методологической основе и условиях создания именно такой среды, которая обеспечивает как саморазвитие и самореализацию личности, так и изменения в системы профессионального высшего образования в целом.
(en) This article is an attempt to present the possibilities of improving the upbringing segment of professional training of a future professional of international level, to determine the specifics of the upbringing environment of a higher education institution capable of ensuring his or her professional and personality’s development and to help to comprehend on a wider scale the theoretical and methodological grounds and conditions of creating such an environment that determines both, the self-development and self-realization of a personality, and changes in the system of professional education as a whole. The article presents the authors’ view point as concerns the improvement of the upbringing segment of professional training of international specialists precisely in the context of modern paradigm of education, which now gains special significance because it determines the inclusion of each of the personalities in the value-semantic world of culture, and the mastering of this world determines the newest vision of the socio-cultural destiny of modern international specialists, who not only possess the complex of professional competencies, but are also called to combine the interiorization of the Western cultural values with national mental representations, traditions, customs. In this context, the peculiarities and content characteristics of the upbringing space of higher education institutions are presented, which are connected with the creation of the atmosphere that would facilitate democratic inter-personality relations between its subjects, the professional and personality’s becoming of future international specialists, their striving for cultural and creative self-expression in future professional activities, and conditions that ensure effective improvement of the upbringing segment in the system of higher education are determined.
