(uk) На основі аналізу сучасного стану дослідженості проблеми формування професійної компетентності фахівців обґрунтовано сутність професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з інформаційних технологій, визначено її компонентну структуру, критерії, показники і рівні її сформованості. Розроблено модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з інформаційних технологій у вищих навчальних закладах. Модель складається з взаємопов’язаних компонентів: цільового, змістового, організаційно-технологічного і критеріального. Визначено й впроваджено в процес професійної підготовки студентів педагогічні умови формування їх професійної компетентності. Результатами експерименту підтверджено позитивні зміни в рівнях сформованості досліджуваного утворення.
(ru) На основе анализа современного состояния исследованности проблемы формирования профессиональной компетентности специалистов обосновано сущность профессиональной компетентности будущих специалистов по информационным технологиям, определено её компонентную структуру, критерии, показатели и уровни её сформированности. Разработана модель формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих специалистов по информационным технологиям в высших учебных заведениях. Модель состоит из взаимосвязанных компонентов: целевого, содержательного, организационно-технологического и критериального. Определено и внедрено в процесс профессиональной подготовки студентов педагогические условия формирования их профессиональной компетентности. Результатами эксперимента подтверждены положительные изменения в уровнях сформированности исследуемого образования.
(ru) The research work is dedicated to the urgent questions dealing with the formation of professional competence of future specialists informational technologies at higher educational establishments. The present state of the problem connected with the formation of professional competence of future specialists is analyzed in the thesis, the separate directions investigating the contest of professional competence are singled out: from cultural and systematic, and activity approaches, as a connection with preparedness for the professional activity, in the connection with competences of integrative study, and from the point of view of basic approaches in Psychology. The semantics of the term “Professional competence of future specialists” is identified in the work, the componential structure of the term is revealed. The following components are singled out in the professional competence of specialists in informational technologies: axiological, contextual, praxeological, and professionally-individual. The formation of professional competence of future specialists in informational technologies is an approach, according to which computer mathematical systems are used as means of new informational technologies in the professional education of students. The model of formation of professional competence of future specialists in informational technologies by means of computer mathematics is worked out in the thesis. The model is developed through the consideration of interdependent components: purpose-oriented, contents-oriented, organizationallytechnological, and criterial. The author determines and introduces into educational process of future specialists in informational technologies the pedagogical terms of formation of professional competence by means of computer mathematics: development of motivation of cognitive work of students; introduce students with multilateral content of computer mathematical systems; organization of differential approach of studying; organization of independent work of students; attraction of students to projects work and research work with use of means of computer mathematics. The criteria, indexes, and the levels of the formation of professional competence of future specialists are defined in the paper. The author refers the following points to the criteria described above: cognitive, motivationally-valuable, instrumental, individuallybehavioral. The criteria scheme of assessment of the formation of professional competence of future specialists in informational technologies is presented. The positive dynamics of levels of the formation of professional competence of future specialists in informational technologies is proved by the results of the experiment. The generalized results of the experiment and the calculation of the statistical criterion show the effectiveness of the proposed approach as for the formation of professional competence of future specialists.
