Анотація
(uk) У статті розглянуто психолого-педагогічне проектування профорієнтаційної роботи із старшокласниками з урахуванням особливостей профільного навчання. Охарактеризовано етапи проектування професійного становлення особистості, виокремлено підмодулі психолого-педагогічного проектування профорієнтаційної роботи. Визначено умови професійного самовизначення школярів в умовах профільного навчання.
(ru) В статье рассмотрено психолого-педагогическое проектирование профориентационной работы из старшеклассниками с учетом особенностей профильного обучения. Охарактеризованы этапы проектирования профессионального становления личности, выделены подмодули психолого-педагогического проектирования профориентационной работы. Определены условия профессионального самоопределения школьников в условиях профильного обучения.
(en) Profiling training is needed to ensure the individual needs of students demonstrating an increased interest in individual subjects for professional self-determination of senior pupils, to facilitate their adaptation to independent living. Needed today is the development and successful use of effective methods of psychological and pedagogical designing of vocational guidance, focused on comprehensive consideration of the features of profile training in high school. One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of professional self-determination of students is introduction in educational process methods of psychological-pedagogical development of career guidance events aimed at building high school capacity for professional self-improvement. This technique is a dynamic educational strategy for the revitalization of the individual. It is dynamic focuses in the development of modern student (ideals, values, beliefs, motives, activities) and the social situation of development (socio-political, economic, environmental changes), which are determined by the increasing demands of the professional environment of the future professional. Psychological and pedagogical designing of vocational work with high school students is a complex, multilevel hierarchical system, which combines three subsystems: social planning, which provides for the coordination of the content of professional orientation work with the demands of modern society; psycho-pedagogical design, which is developed in General educational institutions, components of which are the projects of all participants in the educational process of secondary school; personal design, which is based on the draft professional growth of the individual under the actual and the potential future. From the position of interaction of subjects of education, it is expedient to allocate such pcmodel psychological and pedagogical designing of vocational guidance: vocational guidance of the class teacher; career guidance in the process of studying the basic disciplines of the school component; career guidance in the process of studying variable programs; extracurricular educational work; extracurricular educational activities. Personal orientation projectbased learning contributes to successful professional self-determination, choice high school students professional future and career. Necessary to organize special events aimed at determining the readiness of teachers to work in conditions of profile training, assisting teachers in the development and use of new technologies in the system of profile education, contributing to professional self-schoolchildren.
