Модернізація підготовки педагогічних кадрів: світовий досвід

Abstract

(uk) У статті розглядається проблема модернізації підготовки педагогічних кадрів в системі професійної освіти США; аналізуються різні аспекти сучасного забезпечення якості професійної підготовки викладача (контроль, допомога, оцінювання, атестація); вивчається ефективність управління якістю підготовки педагогічних кадрів як в університетах США, так і в системі післядипломної освіти.

(en) In this article the problem of modernization of teacher training in US system of professional education is examined; different aspects of modern providing of quality of professional education of teachers (control, help, evaluation, attestation) are analyzed; efficiency of management of quality teacher training both in the universities of the USA and in the system of postgraduate education is studied. Modernization of the educational sector of Ukraine is using world experience of human adaptation to life under competitive conditions of contemporary society. Education is the key to building the future, and the school is the first step in education. Attitudes to education as a primary factor of social value are dictated by life itself of the industrialized society of the United States. Quality training of teachers in this country depends on the indissoluble connection of interaction and cooperation of public, professional and social institutions of teacher education. In the United States a number of laws to regulate the development of education in the country, equal opportunities, changes in requirements for quality teacher education, forming new institutions of management education for development and implementation of national education programs were adopted. Increased federal involvement in providing quality training of teachers is monitored in declarations of US presidents, during meetings of top officials of the state governor and public organizations on issues of teacher training in the country, improving the working conditions of teachers of schools and universities. In the United States at the state level an autonomous body of certification and licensing standards was created. New technologies for licensing teachers, licensing standards, new practical examination, evaluation of teachers in the first year of aptitude were developed. Discovered in the study positive experience ensure quality training of teachers in the United States is related to the specific tasks of modernization of national education, reveals a new source of innovations aimed at management efficiency and improvement of quality of professional teacher education in Ukraine.
