Анотація
(uk) В статті розглянуті проблеми самонавчання майбутніх учителів природничих дисциплін. Визначено передумови масового характеру самонавчання. Виявлено умови ефективного самонавчання майбутніх учителів природничих дисциплін: компетентнісний підхід, психолого-педагогічний супровід самостійної роботи студентів, інформатизація освіти, синергетичний підхід до організації освітнього процесу.
(ru) В статье рассмотрены проблемы самообучения будущих учителей естественных дисциплин. Определены предпосылки массового характера самообучения. Установлены условия эффективного самообучения будущих учителей естественных дисциплин: компетентностный подход, психологопедагогическое сопровождение самостоятельной работы студентов, информатизация образования, синергетический подход к организации образовательного процесса.
(en) The article deals with the problem of self-instruction of future teachers of natural sciences. It is noted that the need for modernization of natural education according to modern educational paradigms. It is revealed the contradiction between the growing importance of self-study in the context of the concept of continuous education and the lack of systematic development of student skills in management of their activities. The purpose of the study is to determine the need to justify the conditions for effective self instruction of students – future teachers of natural sciences. In the article the main differences between the concepts of student self-instruction, self-education, and self-study are noted. The concept of self-instruction is characterized as the process of mastering knowledge, skills and abilities, the development of competencies through their own aspirations and self-selected means of training. The preconditions of massive character of self-study: high educational level of all members of society as a basis for further enrichment of any knowledge; awareness of the need to continually increase their intellectual level, professional skills and to master skills of independent work by each member of the society; creation of appropriate conditions for the development and satisfaction of each of their cognitive needs and interests are defined. Based on the analysis of development directions and modernization of the modern education system, the conditions of effective self-instruction of future teachers of natural sciences the article has revealed a competence approach as a means of orienting education on personally-relevant and practice-focused results; psychological and pedagogical support of student independent work as a system of professional activity of the teacher, aimed at the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful training, education, professional and personal development of the student in the educational environment conditions of the higher educational institution; education informatization as a process of providing the education methodology and practice of development and optimal use of modern means of information technologies focused on the implementation of psychological and pedagogical goals of training and education; analysis of pedagogical phenomena from the standpoint of synergetic approach as a way of revealing interaction of elements of self-instruction system capable of self-organization.
