Анотація
(uk) У статті визначено сутність і зміст основних категорій: «компетентнісний підхід», «компетентність», «компетенція», «художньо-інтерпретаційна компетентність». Встановлено, що художньо-інтерпретаційна компетентність майбутнього викладача музичних дисциплін є ключовою, оскільки забезпечує здатність і спроможність майбутнього фахівця активно, відповідально й ефективно реалізовувати професійно особистісні якості у подальшій педагогічній діяльності, надати їм особистісного сенсу й трансформувати в соціально-значущі компетентності.
(ru) В статье определено сущность и содержание основных категорий: «компетентностный подход», «компетентность», «компетенция», «художественно-интерпретационная компетентность». Доведено, что художественно-интерпретационная компетентность будущего преподавателя музыкальных дисциплин есть ключевой, так как обеспечивает способность забезпечує будущего специалиста активно, ответственно и эффективно реализовывать профессионально-личностные качества в дальнейшей педагогической деятельности, придать им личностный смысл и трансформировать в социально-значущие компетентности.
(en) The concept of scientific and artistic paradigm is aimed at upbringing individual values in relation to reality in general and art in particular, the development of artistic consciousness and competence, capacity for self-realization, the need for spiritual self-improvement in the process of perception and interpretation of artworks and practical artistic activity. Successful in resolution of these issues depends on the formation of the artistic and interpretative competence, which is crucial in a complex integrative structure of professional and educational activity of the teacher of music art. Theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical works made it possible to determine the nature and the content of the main categories of «competence», «purview», «musical and performing competence», to state that nowadays the educational competence approach is a priority and innovation, as it implies the transition from subject knowledge as the goal of education to teaching of subject as a way of individual professional development; from the priority of highly specialized tasks to holistic personality development of the future teacher; from subcontracting relations in the system «teacher-student» to educational interaction and creative dialogue and it helps to metabolize methods of independent teaching, it creates conditions for the adaptation of future specialists as active carriers of the new educational paradigm to professional activity in general education establishments. In the context of cultural approach the concept of «competence" provides guidance on personality spiritual potency. The basis of their formation is the combination of knowledge, skills and abilities with individual experience, emotional and sensory experience caused by a variety of life situations. In conditions of personality oriented artistic paradigm the artistic and interpretive competence acquires special meaning and significance, in the internal structure of which emotional and sensual, strong-willed, intuitive, creative and improvisation, deep subconscious spheres, intra-essential forces that constitute the individual spiritual potential, play a special role. In the process of professional training these characteristics transform into the appropriate artistic and interpretative skills that create complex integrative system, in the future they are represented in practical artistic and creative activities and are signs of formation of professional competence of future teacher of musical disciplines.
