З досвіду організації та проведення гурткової роботи зі старшокласниками закладів загальної середньої освіти

Abstract

(ua) В статті проведено аналіз педагогічних і методичних досліджень, присвячених проблемам організації й розвитку технічної творчості школярів, вивчення досвіду роботи шкіл і позашкільних закладів, досвід авторів дають змогу визначити шляхи подальшого вдосконалення позакласної роботи а саме: в оптимізації вибору змісту, тематики, об’єктів праці, удосконаленні форм організації і засобів керівництва діяльністю учнів на позакласних заняттях для ознайомлення з основами організації сучасного виробництва, особливостями конструкторської, винахідницької і раціоналізаторської діяльності, вирішенні питань матеріального забезпечення, створення належних умов для занять гуртків, зміцнення їхньої навчально-матеріальної бази.

(ru) В статье проведен анализ педагогических и методических исследований проблем организации и развития технического творчества учащихся средней школы, изучение опыта школ и внешкольных учреждений. Опыт авторов позволяет определить пути дальнейшего улучшению внеклассной работы, а именно: оптимизацию выбора контента: предмета, объекта работы, совершенствование форм организации и руководства деятельности учеников внеклассных занятий для изучения основ организации производства. Также изобретательской и рационализации деятельности, создание надлежащих условий для работы кружков, укрепления их материальной базы.

(en) The article analyzes pedagogical and methodological research on the problems of organizing and developing the technical creativity of students. Studying the work experience of schools and extracurricular institutions, the authors’ experience make it possible to determine ways of further improvement of extracurricular work, namely: in optimizing the choice of content, topics, objects of work, improving the forms of organization and means of directing the activities of students in extracurricular activities to familiarize themselves with the lessons production. But the features of design, inventive and innovative activities, solving issues of material support, creating the right conditions for the classes of circles, strengthening their educational and material base. The main task of teachers’ educational activity has always been to transfer the knowledge of all the world’s assets to the young generation, in order to become fully functional at the present stage of society and to further develop it. Effective activity of social production is not possible without professionally trained specialists, their cultural and technical level. The modern idea of high qualification of the worker, technician, scientist engineer, researcher is closely connected with their creative potential, ability to find ways of increase of labor productivity. In order to train educated specialists, workers, engineers, scientists - it is necessary to cultivate an interest in inventive activities in pupils from a young age. To develop the qualities that allow to explore independently, to know the world around the world, to improve it, to find new solutions of scientific and technical problems. Therefore, this problem will always be urgent, since it is inextricably linked to the process of existence and development of modern society as a whole. The analysis of pedagogical and methodological researches, devoted to problems of organization and development of technical creativity of schoolchildren, studying of advanced pedagogical experience of work of schools and extra-curricular institutions, experience of authors allow to determine ways of further improvement of extracurricular work: 1. Optimization of the content of the content of the classes, the choice of objects of interest that students are interested in. 2. Improvement of forms of organization and means of management of activity of pupils at extracurricular classes for acquaintance with features of designing and inventive activity. 3. Solving the issues of material support, creating the right conditions for the classes of circles, strengthening their educational and material base.
