Особливості соціалізації молоді в сучасному соціокультурному просторі

Abstract

(uk) У статті автор звертає увагу на соціальну ситуацію становлення особистості в сучасних умовах. Автор зазначає, що молоді люди прагнуть найвищих освітніх стандартів, які дали б йому змогу не лише оптимально й ефективно здобувати освіту, але й сміливо виявляти власні здібності, ерудованість, амбітні претензії на майбутнє. У статті зроблено аналіз детермінації соціально-гуманітарних суспільних зрушень на процеси й механізми соціалізації молоді. Відстежуються феномени соціалізації як на рівні окремих суб’єктів, так і малих соціальних груп з урахуванням молодіжної субкультури.

(ru) В статье автор обращает внимание на социальную ситуацию становления личности в современных условиях. Автор отмечает, что молодые люди стремятся к наивысшим образовательным стандартам, которые дали бы им возможность не только оптимально и эффективно получать образование, но и смело выявлять собственные способности, эрудированность, амбициозные претензии на будущее. В статье сделан анализ детерминации социально-гуманитарных общественных сдвигов на процессы и механизмы социализации молодежи. Отслеживаются феномены социализации как на уровне отдельных субъектов, так и малых социальных групп с учетом молодежной субкультуры.

(en) The author highlights the social situation of the personality formation under contemporary conditions of dramatic transformations. The modern youth is willing to live and study in a new way by interactive, technological, dynamic, and interesting means. The author claims that young people strive for highest education standards which would enable both optimal efficient learning and finding out of their own potential, erudition, ambitious prospects of future. The young people demand the necessity of the strategic task implementation to train professionals of the most recent generation who would be able to meet the individual and social requirements in moral way, be the citizens, act promptly and successfully solve the issues defined by the society. The paper provides some analysis of the determination of the social and humanitarian shifts in society influencing the youth socialization processes and mechanisms. The collected materials (journals, observations, interviews, talks, questionnaires, team discussions etc.) set the framework to establish peculiarities of the traditional, institutionalized, stylized, interpersonal, reflexive mechanisms of the youth socialization. The public opinion impact on the youth moods, active civil stance formation, self-determination to participate in creative activism etc. has been also well researched. The social positioning manifestations as well as youth social activism levels have been classified. The socialization phenomena have been tracked with regard to the youth subculture on the levels of specific subjects and also of small social groups. The author provides for some recommendations and warnings in respect of the socialization gains of youth under the conditions of social transformations. Firstly, the youth should enjoy equal rights and opportunities for selfrealization. Secondly, young Ukrainians believe it important to consider and practically feel that their country is benevolent and humane to all, that authorities take care of everybody’s wellbeing and future. Promotion and practical implementation of such ideas has to widen the space for hopes and dreams which are necessary for the young initiatives development. The paper highlights some points that educational establishment instructors need to be mentoring of the personal establishment of University students. Every instructor has to master skills of facilitation, form his/her own internal humanitarian stance which is well considered, competent in the sphere of social communications and capable of transforming occasional opportunities into development potential.
