Документ Psicología política de los líderes transformadores en las escuelas del siglo XXI(2023) Харченко, Юлія Володимирівна; Kikinezhdi, O.; Vasylkevych, Y.; Ryk, M.; Hovorun, T.; Bilan, L.; Kharchenko, Julia(en) The schools of the 21st century are no longer only social spaces dedicated to the reproduction of the teaching-learning processes, of the basic instructional knowledge for the consolidation of human capabilities, but also, engines for the teaching of the necessary mentalities that make the key actors of the educational system (teachers and students), potential transforming leaders of the communities in which they are immersed, as responsible citizens and political subjects of proven value. Therefore, the objective of this article was to identify the contents of political psychology required for the formation of transforming leaderships in the XXI century, as a condition of possibility to develop schools with a vocation for the political formation of the leaderships that today’s society needs. Methodologically, the documentary research technique and philosophical reflection were used. The results obtained allow us to conclude that by embodying the characteristics of transformational leaders and understanding the difficulties of political psychology, these leaders not only foster an environment of growth and innovation, but also ensure that ethical considerations are at the forefront of decision making, for the benefit of their learning communities and democracy in general.Документ Identity in the "post-globalization" of the new society as "homo spiritus in universum concentus"(2023) Харченко, Юлія Володимирівна(en) "Post-globalization" is presented as a new phenomenon, considered in the perspective of history, what actualized the definition of the place and role of the individual in the new state of society. The goal of the study was the conceptualization of the phenomenon of personality in the "post-globalization" of the new society based on epistemological and ontological approaches. The key task of the research made it possible to verify whether "post-globalization" is one of the ways to preserve the life of the globalized world. As a result, the "end of globalization", the world's entry into a new state under a different name, and the impact of these processes on the individual were confirmed. Meta-ontology has shown, that personality appears as universality in the system of "universe – society – man" relations. It was shown that the new model of society can serve as a basis for the coming world formation. Personality is presented as the basis of a complex system. This means that while virtuum is limited by current technological possibilities, it is not limited by imagination and fantasy. Virtual reality is just one of the multiple manifestations of virtuum, which is a special innovative environment reflecting the transformation of modern knowledge in the rapidly changing reality of the "technical body." This transformation occurs at the "collision" of a multitude of "logics," "rationalities," "simulacrums," and "phantasms," all of which are visualized in this reality. The phenomenon of virtuum as a special innovative environment, where the transformation of modern knowledge takes place, is conceptualized. The conceptualization of the phenomenon of the spiritual virtuum in the context of the interaction of the virtuum infinite in being and finite in the digital reality of the cyber-techno-sphere is the goal of this study. The phenomenon of the virtuum is considered within the framework of socio-philosophical, ontological, and transcendental approaches. Each virtual object is finite and discontinuous. In the spiritual virtuum the boundary is conditional and imaginary. The position is summarized that a computer designer who is able to adapt to various life situations, in order to manage virtual reality. The “legal institution ”performs its classical function for regulating social relations, enshrined in legal acts of various levels. The aim of this study is the explication of "global legal institutions" in the framework of modern socio-philosophical and philosophical-legal discourse and conceptualization of the key determinants of their development. The key task is to comprehend the phenomenon of global legal institutions and its impact on the modern global legal society. The sociophilosophical and philosophical-legal methodological principles made it possible to reveal the connections of global legal institutions with other phenomena of law, to fix the coherence of the formulated and codified legal norms with the basic ideas and moral goals underlying them. It is proved that the key determinants of global legal institutions are: a reflection of the global system of law in terms of its structure, as well as the logic of its development. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special -scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural. The key methodological principles, spatial-topological and ontological, were presented. It is confirmed that the concept of "vergence" is the state of systems at the point of intersection of divergent and convergent processes, as well as their balancing. Vergence as a method of creative thinking was used in this study primarily to solve problems and tasks related to the synchronism of various contradictory processes (reconciles the processes of "scattering", "accele ration" and "gathering", "braking"). The value of this approach was in finding multiple solutions to ambiguous problems. The results of the study confirmed that the vergent interaction of technologies and innovations, the merging of funds and resources that contribute to the modernization of the innovation space, their analysis and synchronism, excluded the position of rest in the social system and, on the contrary, gave rise to a situation of accelerated but controlled dynamism.
