This means that while virtuum is limited by current technological possibilities, it is not limited by imagination and fantasy. Virtual reality is just one of the multiple manifestations of virtuum, which is a special innovative environment reflecting the transformation of modern knowledge in the rapidly changing reality of the "technical body." This transformation occurs at the "collision" of a multitude of "logics," "rationalities," "simulacrums," and "phantasms," all of which are visualized in this reality. The phenomenon of virtuum as a special innovative environment, where the transformation of modern knowledge takes place, is conceptualized. It explores how this transformation impacts various sectors, including the economy, politics, and technology, particularly within the context of the 5G industry. The study employs the Agile methodology, known for its flexibility and self-organization, to illustrate how these countries adapt to digitalization challenges faced by both government and business communities. Forecasting and modeling techniques are used to elucidate the strategies employed to overcome these challenges. The main drivers of digital transformation in this rapidly developing region include a strong emphasis on technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, biotechnology, and the green and blue economies. These factors present numerous opportunities for digital transformation across all industries, accelerating innovation and boosting productivity. China, Malaysia, and India are setting ambitious goals for their 5G network development strategies to ensure innovative growth, security, and competitiveness. In an intensive way, and following the strengthening of homo viator phenomenon in the global world, research in the touristic field and philosophy of tourism are increasingly turning their attention to the "internal resource", including in this concept, in addition to natural and ulturalhistorical, also symbolic resource. The work uses such methods as dialectical and metaphysical, the principle of comprehensiveness of research, the general logical method, and other methods of scientific research. Tourist legend as an applied direction can become an effective marketing mechanism, as a result of which it is possible, using a symbolic resources variety and tools, to create humanitarian and social development perspectives, agreed and identified through analysis of mythological structures and conceptual shells for harmonious and effective development of these territories. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special -scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural. The key methodological principles, spatial-topological and ontological, were presented. It is confirmed that the concept of "vergence" is the state of systems at the point of intersection of divergent and convergent processes, as well as their balancing. Vergence as a method of creative thinking was used in this study primarily to solve problems and tasks related to the synchronism of various contradictory processes (reconciles the processes of "scattering", "accele ration" and "gathering", "braking"). The value of this approach was in finding multiple solutions to ambiguous problems. The results of the study confirmed that the vergent interaction of technologies and innovations, the merging of funds and resources that contribute to the modernization of the innovation space, their analysis and synchronism, excluded the position of rest in the social system and, on the contrary, gave rise to a situation of accelerated but controlled dynamism.Документ Репрезентація війни соціально-філософськими концептами постмодернізму (на прикладі російсько-української війни)(НАУ, 2023) Клюєнко, Едуард Олександрович(ua) У статті на основі найважливіших соціально-філософських концептів постмодернізму досліджуються прояви російсько-української війни, оскільки значна кількість новітніх ознак сучасних війн можуть бути адекватно зрозумілими з урахуванням відповідної їм концептуальної мови опису сучасної епохи. Розкрито, які саме наявні прояви війни можуть вважатися постмодерними(або дотичними до них), та як вони можуть бути репрезентовані основними концептами постмодерністських соціально-філософських теорій. В статті виділено вісім соціально-філософських концептів постмодернізму та представлено аналіз їхніх проявів у війні, показано можливості розпізнання проявів впливу елементів постмодерності в конкретній актуальній війні.
