Анотація
(uk) Правову освіту населення України досліджено як системне утворення, цілісність, єдність певних компонентів, які у взаємодії та взаємозв’язках забезпечують виконання поставлених перед нею завдань і досягнення запланованого результату; структуру системи правової освіти описано як сукупність суб’єкт-суб’єктного, цільового, змістового, організаційного, результативного компонентів; встановлено чинники зовнішнього середовища цієї системи(соціально-економічний, соціокультурний, політико-правовий, науково-ідеологічний, історичний, педагогічний, методичний) та
з’ясовано характер їх впливу.
(ru) Правовое образование населения Украины исследовано как система, целостность, единство определенных компонентов, которые во взаимодействии и взаимосвязях обеспечивают выполнение поставленных перед этой системой задач и достижение запланированного результата; структуру системы правового образования описано как совокупность субъект-субъектного, целевого, содержательного, организационного, результативного компонентов; установлены факторы внешней среды этой системы(социально-экономический, социокультурный, политико-правовой, научно-идеологический, исторический, педагогический, методический) и выяснен характер их влияния.
(en) It has been found out that legal education is understood primarily as an organized, purposeful, systematic process of forming of the system of legal knowledge, skillsof lawful behavior, respect for the law. Legal education of the ukrainian population has been studied as a system of education, integrity, unity of certain components which in interaction and relationships enforces its tasks and achieves the intended result. The structure of the system of legal education is described as a set of subject-subject, target, substantial, organizational, effective components. The subject-component is formed by the interaction of basic legal education: subjects, which ensure distribution; subjects, who take it. The target component mediating the purpose of legal education of the population, provides specific direction of legal education. The content component represents the concept of legal education as a combination of the following elements: legal information, systematic theoretical knowledge of the state law and legislation that absorbed those acquirements of legal education; practical skills and abilities; values, and attitudes, that are based on internalization of certain values (human, legal, moraletc.). The organizational component mediates the organization and implementation of legal education and covers the following: regulations of governing the operation of the educational system; forms, methods, tools, technology, which are implemented through legal education and ensuring assimilation of its content and the goal (target output). The effective component covers inspection, evaluation, assessment and learning outcomes directly. Its role in the educational system is that it allowsto set the goal of its operation. It was found that environmental factors of this system are:socio-economic, socio-cultural, political, legal, scientific, ideological, historical, educational, methodical. Socio-economic and cultural level of society have a system-effect on the educational system. They contribute to the social need for legal education that adapts teaching and formalize it as a goal of the system. Scientific (research and ideological)factor is important for the system of legal education due to the fact that the basis of legal education content, its achievements and development is legal science itself. It is fundamental for legal education at different levels that it affects jurisprudence today and elaboration of new thinking. History shows deficiencies and shortcomings in the organization of legal education and training in different times. The best domestic achievements in this area allow to build a system of legal education that would meet the current needs of society.
