Емоційна гнучкість педагога у суперечливих ситуаціях педагогічної взаємодії

Abstract

(ua) У статті доведено, що у педагогічній діяльності важливою особистісною рисою є емоційна гнучкість, яка проявляється у витримці, вмінні виявляти позитивні емоції, саморегулювання, стримувати негативні емоції. Процес саморегуляції включає управління пізнавальними процесами: сприйняттям, увагою, уявою, мисленням, пам’яттю, мовою, а також поведінкою майбутніх педагогів. Необхідність саморегуляції виникає в наступних випадках: педагог стикається з важковирішуваною, новою і незвичайною для нього проблемою; проблема не має однозначного рішення на даний момент часу; педагог перебуває в стані підвищеної емоційної і фізичної напруги, яка спонукає його до імпульсивних дій; рішення про те, як діяти, педагогу доводиться приймати, не роздумуючи, в умовах жорсткого дефіциту часу; дії педагога оцінюються з боку, він постійно знаходиться під пильною увагою колег, дітей, інших людей. До основних ланок регулятивного процесу у конфліктних педагогічних ситуаціях відносять такі складові: планування (самостійність і ініціативність у плануванні та постановці цілей діяльності, гнучкість цілей відповідно до обставин, які змінюються, їх стійкість у конфліктних педагогічних ситуаціях педагогічної взаємодії); моделювання (здатність правильно конкретизувати мету діяльності згідно з конфліктних педагогічними ситуаціями, можливість швидкої орієнтації в ситуації та вибір адекватної програми дій, тактики поведінки, стійкість цих процесів в умовах конфліктних педагогічних ситуацій); програмування (здатність визначення та побудови виконання дій та вміння виокремити серед них головне, стійкість функціонування програми дій у конфліктних педагогічних ситуаціях); оцінювання результатів (здатність визначати критерії успішності діяльності, гнучко їх змінювати в нових умовах, розвиненість процесів самоконтролю, стійкість цих процесів в умовах конфліктних ситуацій педагогічної діяльності). В системі – «учитель-учень» досягнення високої продуктивності педагогічної діяльності безпосередньо пов’язане з умінням використовувати в ході освітнього процесу адекватні прийоми і способи саморегуляції. (en) Тhe article proves that in pedagogical activity an important personality feature is emotional flexibility, which is manifested in endurance, the ability to show positive emotions, self -regulation, to restrain negative emotions. The process of self -regulation includes the management of cognitive processes: perception, attention, imagination, thinking, memory, language, as well as the behavior of future teachers. The need for self -regulation arises in the following cases: the teacher faces a difficult, new and unusual problem for him; The problem has no unambiguous solution at the moment; The teacher is in a state of increased emotional and physical tension, which prompts him to impulsive actions; the decision on how to act, the teacher has to make without thinking, in the conditions of a strict shortage of time; The actions of the teacher are evaluated from the outside, he is constantly under the close attention of colleagues, children, other people. The main links of the regulatory process in conflict pedagogical situations include the following components: planning (independence and initiative in planning and setting goals of activity, flexibility of goals in accordance with the circumstances that are changing, their stability in conflict pedagogical situations of pedagogical interaction); modeling (the ability to correctly specify the purpose of activity in accordance with conflict pedagogical situations, the possibility of rapid orientation in the situation and the choice of an adequate program of action, tactics of behavior, stability of these processes in the conditions of conflict pedagogical situations); programming (the ability to determine and build actions and ability to distinguish among them the main, stability of the functioning of the program of actions in conflict pedagogical situations); evaluation of results (the ability to determine the criteria of success of activity, to change them flexibly in new conditions, the development of processes of self -control, the stability of these processes in the conditions of conflict situations of pedagogical activity). In the system-"teacher-student" the achievement of high productivity of pedagogical activity is directly related to the ability to use in the course of the educational process adequate techniques and methods of self-regulation.
