(en) In this article an author shows that in higher educational establishment expansion of sphere of musical education is the feature of process of musical education of students, that in an eventual result is instrumental in social activity and successful socialization of students, shows the stages of adapted of personalityin a new social environment, exposes the stages of the system of aesthetically musically-beautiful education of student young people. Based on theoretical analysis of the scientific literature identified the nature specificity of the socialization process of student in contemporary higher education institution, opened its specifics and peculiarities. Defined and justified social pedagogical conditions of socialization of students of music and pedagogical skills in teaching and educational environment by means of musical culture on the basis of personality-oriented organization of the educational environment of higher education. Social and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the socialization process of future music teachers, are defined as follows: learner-oriented organization of the educational environment, orientation of the educational process at the intermalization of norms and values of norms and values of musical culture, and the organic relationship of the educational process and of extracurricular activities through organization of the educational environment as an analog of real social processes, and the atmosphere of artistic and creative communication in the classroom, dialogic communication, personal orientation of the situation and self-education students as tutors socialization mechanisms.
