Проблеми пенсійного забезпечення в Україні

Abstract

(ua) У даній статті автором досліджено основні проблеми пенсійного забезпечення в Україні. Проаналізовано зміни у сфері пенсійного забезпечення на сучасному етапі розвитку нашої держави. Визначено суперечливі аспекти пенсійного реформування та акцентовано на позити трьохрівневої пенсійної системи.

(en) In this article the author analyzes the main problems of pension provision in Ukraine. The most important problems that exist in the pension provision of Ukraine are determined. On the basis of the conducted research of theoretical and practical materials, the need for further steps of the pension reform is emphasized, despite the influence of a number of important factors that prevent it. In the course of the study, it is noted that raising pensionsis a positive moment, but the problem of reforming the pension system in Ukraine is far beyond the effective implementation of the main steps of the pension reform. Additional alternative sources of financial content and increase the effectiveness of this process,as shown by the study, if desired, is quite real find. Therefore, the reform of the domestic pension system mustbe carried out in a consistent manner, and a very effective mechanism for monitoring these processes is in place.
