Роль особистісного самовизначення учнівської молоді у процесі її професійного становлення

Abstract

(ua) У статті закцентовано увагу на теоретичних основах процесуальної сторони самовизначення людини. Автором обґрунтовано, що в основі процесу становлення людини першочергове місце займає особистісне самовизначення, що має ціннісно-значеннєву (смислову) природу. Це активне окреслення особистістю своєї позиції відносно суспільно виробленої системи цінностей, визначення на цій основі сенсу свого власного існування. Дослідник підкреслює важливість ціннісно-значеннєвої детермінації особистості як якісної характеристики процесу її особистісного самовизначення, де істотною особливістю є орієнтованість учнівської молоді у майбутнє. Врахування вищезазначених позицій дозволяє не тільки більш повно зрозуміти ту чи іншу особистість, але й визначити стратегію корекційного впливу, орієнтованого одночасно і на реалізацію завдань розвитку конкретної особистості, і на розкриття її потенційних можливостей, які не є універсальними для всіх, а в кожному окремому випадку встановлюються індивідуально, за активної участі самої людини. Тому дуже важливо приділяти увагу формуванню ціннісно-значеннєвої складової особистісного самовизначення учнівської молоді. Автор доводить, що рівень сформованості особистості – рівень ціннісно-смислової детермінації, рівень життя у світі існуючих цінностей. Існування в суспільстві завдяки широкій сфері суспільних взаємодій є репрезентацією, ідентифікацією, реалізацією себе, власного потенціалу через особистісні характеристики. Залучення особистості до широкого кола взаємодій, форм, що базуються на існуючих суспільних цінностях, власній позиції, є результатом інтеріоризації (засвоєння) особистістю цінностей суспільства, на основі чого в учнівської молоді формуються ціннісні орієнтації, як певні світоглядні регулятиви поведінки і діяльності. Це складає основу Я-концепції, визначає багатогранність духовного світу, різнобічність особистості та є важливим чинником її професійного становлення. Науковець зазначає, що ціннісні орієнтації – це елементи структури особистості, які характеризують змістовну сторону її професійної спрямованості. Визнання цінностей є значущою характеристикою самовизначенням особистості, оцінки її моральної, змістовної та інших сторін життєдіяльності. (en) The article focuses attention on the theoretical foundations of the procedural aspect of human self-determination. The author substantiated that personal self-determination, which has a value-significant (semantic) nature, occupies the primary place in the basis of the process of human development. This is an active delineation by the individual of his position in relation to the socially produced system of values, the determination of the meaning of his own existence on this basis. The researcher emphasizes the importance of the value-meaning determination of an individual as a qualitative characteristic of the process of personal self-determination, where an essential feature is the future orientation of student youth. Тaking into account the above-mentioned positions allows not only to more fully understand this or that personality, but also to determine the strategy of corrective influence, oriented at the same time to the implementation of the tasks of the development of a specific personality, and to the disclosure of its potential opportunities, which are not universal for everyone, but in each individual case are established individually, with the active participation of the person himself. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the formation of the value-meaning component of the personal self-determination of student youth. The author proves that the level of personality formation is the level of value-meaning determination, the level of life in the world of existing values. Existence in society due to a wide sphere of social interactions is a representation, identification, realization of oneself, one's own potential through personal characteristics. Involvement of the individual in a wide range of interactions, forms based on existing social values, own position, is the result of internalization (assimilation) of society's values by the individual, on the basis of which value orientations are formed in school youth, as certain worldview regulations of behavior and activity. This forms the basis of the self-concept, determines the multifacetedness of the spiritual world, the versatility of the personality and is an important factor in its professional formation. The scientist notes that value orientations are elements of the personality structure that characterize the meaningful side of his professional orientation. Recognition of values is a significant characteristic of self-determination of an individual, assessment of his moral, meaningful and other aspects of life.
