Розвиток соціокультурної діяльності у дослідженнях науковців

Abstract

(ua) У статті автор розглядає напрацювання сучасних вітчизняних дослідників, які висвітлюють питання розвитку соціокультурної діяльності. Протягом останніх кількох років, в умовах воєнної агресії Росії проти нашої країни та в умовах соціально-економічної кризи, соціокультурна діяльність набуває все більшої важливості в історичному, духовному, економічному та політичному житті України. Вона стає особливим явищем у загальному прогресі цивілізації й ключовим інструментом досягнення примирення, взаєморозуміння й толерантності між різними культурами та етнічними спільнотами. Соціокультурна діяльність у наукових розвідках вітчизняних науковців розглядається як система конкретних заходів, які відображають завдання соціальної політики держави у сфері дозвілля і культури, вона визначає не лише напрямки, але й методи їх втілення, а також є керованим соціальними установами і суспільством процесом залучення людини до культурного життя. Проблеми модернізації й трансформації українського суспільства у 1990-х роках стають предметом наукових розвідок українських учених В. Андрущенка, Є. Борінштейна, Є. Головахи, М. Горлача, А. Кавалерова, С. Катаєва, В. Ларцева, М. Михальченко, А. Ручки і багатьох інших. Заслуговують уваги дисертаційні дослідження З. Атаманюк, Є. Борінштейна, Л. Кононенко, Ф. Ревіна та ін., в яких досліджуються соціокультурні трансформації сучасного українського суспільства та різноманітні соціокультурні процеси. Грунтовний аналіз теоретичних і практичних аспектів соціокультурної діяльності є змістом навчальних посібників Н. Кочубей, О. Петінової та В. Опанасюк. Різноманітні аспекти трансформації соціокультурної сфери українського суспільства розглядаються у низці колективних монографій (2013-2023 рр.). Аналіз стану розвитку соціокультурної діяльності дає підстави констатувати, що вітчизняні вчені зробили спроби розкрити певні аспекти еволюції цього феномену. (en) In the article, the author examines the work of modern domestic researchers, who highlight the issue of the development of sociocultural activities. During the last few years, in the conditions of Russia's military aggression against our country and in the conditions of the socioeconomic crisis, socio-cultural activities are gaining more and more importance in the historical, spiritual, economic and political life of Ukraine. It becomes a special phenomenon in the general progress of civilization and a key tool for achieving reconciliation, mutual understanding and tolerance between different cultures and ethnic communities. Socio-cultural activity in the scientific research of domestic scientists is considered as a system of specific measures that reflect the tasks of the state's social policy in the sphere of leisure and culture, it determines not only the directions, but also the methods of their implementation, and is also a process of human involvement in cultural activities managed by social institutions and society life. Most Ukrainian scientists consider the concept of sociocultural activity from the point of view of two aspects – «social work» and «cultural activity», therefore, sociocultural activity is a process of active inclusion of a person in culture, which is implemented mainly by society, and not only by social institutions. The problems of modernization and transformation of Ukrainian society in the 1990s became the subject of research by Ukrainian scientists V. Andrushchenko, E. Borinstein, E. Holovakha, M. Horlach, A. Kavalerov, S. Kataeva, V. Lartseva, M. Mykhalchenko, A. Pens and many others. Dissertation studies by Z. Atamanyuk, E. Borinshtein, L. Kononenko, F. Revina, etc., in which the socio-cultural transformations of modern Ukrainian society and various socio-cultural processes are studied, deserve attention. A thorough analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of socio-cultural activities is the content of the textbooks by N. Kochubey, O. Petinova, and V. Opanasyuk. Various aspects of the transformation of the socio-cultural sphere of Ukrainian society are considered in a number of collective monographs (2013-2023). The analysis of the state of development of socio-cultural activities gives reasons to state that domestic scientists have made attempts to reveal certain aspects of the evolution of this phenomenon.
