La Convergencia De La tecnología Y La innovación En El Espacio Complejo Moderno

(ua) The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the phenomenon of vergence of technologies and innovations in the context of building a society as a complex system by modernizing the innovation environment. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special -scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural. The key methodological principles, spatial-topological and ontological, were presented. It is confirmed that the concept of "vergence" is the state of systems at the point of intersection of divergent and convergent processes, as well as their balancing. Vergence as a method of creative thinking was used in this study primarily to solve problems and tasks related to the synchronism of various contradictory processes (reconciles the processes of "scattering", "accele ration" and "gathering", "braking"). The value of this approach was in finding multiple solutions to ambiguous problems. The results of the study confirmed that the vergent interaction of technologies and innovations, the merging of funds and resources that contribute to the modernization of the innovation space, their analysis and synchronism, excluded the position of rest in the social system and, on the contrary, gave rise to a situation of accelerated but controlled dynamism.

(en) The peculiarities of social transformations in the context of the formation of information society are discussed. New priorities, guidance in the professional activities of the individual in the labor market conditions of the era of informatization are indicated. Attention focuses on rethinking of the individual the traditional attitudes concerning professional activities, with regard to the factor of increasing competition among job applicants in developing social environment of information society. The growing requirement for professionalism and the need for the individual constantly take care of improving personal competencies defines. Increasing risks of falling into a situation of loss of job or of the profession as a result of growing competition in the realities of the information age are indicated. In this regard, here goes not only about positives of such a situation, but also raises the question about workplace security in the information society.

Свобода самореалізації в умовах інформаційного суспільства

(ua) Розглядаються вихідні положення концепції ученого Й. Масуди «Комп’ютопія». Висвітлюються шляхи розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Один зі сценаріїв – це суспільство, в якому пануватиме свобода самореалізації, з урахуванням таких чинників, як вільне прийняття рішень, дій, використання часу, рівність можливостей тощо. Інший шлях – суспільство тотального контролю за інформацією, котрий не передбачає певної свободи дій, вільного розвитку, самореалізації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Наголошується, що тотальний контроль над інформацією переважає гуманістичну складову даних суспільних трансформацій. Встановлено, що розвиток мережевого суспільства з перевагою дегуманізуючого фактору в питаннях самореалізації індивіда певною мірою справджується, а проект реалізації, де могли б переважати гуманістичні засади розвитку, лишається як теоретична концепція – «Комп’ютопія».
