Bioecomedicine as a social determinant of the sustainable development of society

(en) The aim of the research is to elucidate the features of the modern model of bioecomedicine and its components as a social determinant of sustainable societal development. The theoretical-methodological basis of the work was the complex use of scientific principles and a systematic approach, which determined the choice of research methods: general scientific and interdisciplinary. The concept generalized content is substantiated and the main lines of building the bioecomedicine model are characterized from the standpoint of information-structural modeling and sustainable development. Based on the structural-logical imperative, the object, subject, basic method and main concepts of this science sphere are characterized. The bioecomedicine principal idea as a social determinant of the sustainable development within a single information space is the unification of the knowledge information field of biology, ecology and medicine based on the use of the latest achievements in information technologies. It is proven that the algorithm for achieving the bioecomedicine global goal in the form of a set of principles reflects the essence of a systemic approach to solving the tasks of sustainable societal development by ensuring the system-environmental homeostasis of humans and the ecosystems that surround them.

As a result of these processes, new trends are developing, such as information technology, AI, digital education and medicine, etc. The 4th Industrial Revolution is the result of digital transformation. These processes are the basis for the evolution from the 4th to the 5th industrial revolution. The article analyses the fifth generation of 5G mobile telecommunication systems, which is a new wireless communication standard that will bring significant improvements in the data transfer speed of connecting many devices simultaneously.

(ua) The aim of this study is to develop an innovative model of creative tourism as a key driver of sustainable development in response to modern challenges. In a world where globalization and technological advancements are reshaping traditional tourism approaches, creative tourism emerges as a novel strategy to attract visitors and foster economic growth. This study employs a data-driven analytical approach (BIG DATA analysis) to examine creative tourism, recognizing the need to manage, systematize, classify, and draw insights from large datasets enabled by digital technologies. Creative tourism systems leverage advanced neural networks with multiple hidden layers to intelligently process and extract maximum value from data, providing essential insights for tourism service consumers. This positions creative tourism as both a critical business asset and a valuable tool for improving the human experience. Research Objectives: 1.To develop a model of creative tourism that supports sustainable development. 2.To examine the daily practices and impact of creative tourism on sustainable development. 3.To identify ways to enhance the effectiveness of creative tourism models and their contribution to sustainable development. The study highlights the essential components of an innovative creative tourism model, integrating local culture, environmental responsibility, digital technologies, and the creation of unique tourism products. Special focus is given to sustainable development principles, which not only protect environmental resources but also promote the social well-being of local communities. The paper also presents successful examples of creative tourism practices, showcasing their potential to open new market opportunities and increase regional competitiveness. The findings underscore that this innovative model of creative tourism holds the potential to revolutionize the tourism industry, advancing economic, social, and environmental progress.

(ua) The purpose of the proposed research is to create a metaphysical portrait sketch of Melitopol in the symbolic circle "honey - milk - water" in the context of attracting symbolic resources problem in tourism. In an intensive way, and following the strengthening of homo viator phenomenon in the global world, research in the touristic field and philosophy of tourism are increasingly turning their attention to the "internal resource", including in this concept, in addition to natural and ulturalhistorical, also symbolic resource. The work uses such methods as dialectical and metaphysical, the principle of comprehensiveness of research, the general logical method, and other methods of scientific research. Tourist legend as an applied direction can become an effective marketing mechanism, as a result of which it is possible, using a symbolic resources variety and tools, to create humanitarian and social development perspectives, agreed and identified through analysis of mythological structures and conceptual shells for harmonious and effective development of these territories. In this aspect, tourism as one of the mass culture branches will produce tourist flows directed to previously elaborated territorial brands.

Overcoming the environmental crisis in the forestry sector of Ukraine in the context of the ecocentric paradigm

(en) The purpose of the scientific research is to determine and justify the need to harmonize the environmental legislation of Ukraine and the EU in the field of forest resources, based on the prism of the "ecocentric paradigm and a new worldview". To achieve this goal, general scientific and special scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural, comparative-legal, formal-legal, predictive. The author substantiates the creation of an environmental strategy of Ukraine, which would be based on the principles of sustainable development, based on the need for greening forest management, among other things. It is noted that the harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU is aimed at implementing legal guarantees for the comprehensive application of the principle of mutual benefit and the principle of environmental cooperation in order to liberalize economic relations between Ukraine and its neighbors, on the one hand, and prevent environmental damage, on t he other. It is proposed to introduce a whole range of measures, starting from the highest state level, aimed at increasing the level of greening the nature management of forest resources.
Solving medical problems and their impact on the development of a healthy personality in a digital environment

(en) The aim of scientific research is to analyze the problems of medicine and to examine the regularities of healthy personality formation in order to transit from disease to health, and this requires changes in the development of medicine. Under the conditions of digitalization, exponential increase in data and convergence of technologies, medicine must move to a new level - cell-based medicine, stem cells, the latest genome editing technology.The research methodology is based on the use of analytical, logical, historical, comparative and axiological methods, which help to reveal the problems of medicine, decoding the human genome, transplantation of many human organs, using 3D-printers. Analyses have shown that digital platforms are changing the way health care is being provided. This article reveals that the solution of medical problems and their impact on the formation of a healthy person in a digital environment is the convergence of sensors, networks and the individual intellect, which transforms the principles of diagnostics. This article outlines the main directions of digital technology development in medicine, which uses robotics, 3D-printing, and its implementation in medicine, demanding their further implementation – artificial intelligence, genomics, quantum computing, which change the medicines themselves. Practical value of research lies in philosophical understanding of digital technology, the use of which is necessary to identify diseases at an early stage of their emergence, for continuous monitoring and diagnostics of the human body, aimed at transition from diseases to a healthy lifestyle and a healthy personality, which requires a personal virtual therapist.
State environmental policy on the issue of legal regulation of fire safety in the forests of Ukraine

(en) The purpose of the research was to analyze, at the theoretical level, the state policy of organizational and legal nature on strategic issues of ensuring fire safety in Ukrainian forests. To achieve this goal, general scientific and special scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, logical-formal, analysis and synthesis, structural-systemic, legal-comparative, legal-formal, prognostic. The study emphasizes that the lack of approved strategic documents for the development of the forestry sector prevents the formation of a projected public policy and, therefore, creates an unresolved organizational and legal structure of governance in forestry relations in general and reduces the effectiveness of fire safety in forests. It is concluded that among the priorities for achieving the task of effective fire safety in forests are identified factors that are primarily the formation of a single interagency consensus vision of the development of the forestry sector, reflected in the Strategy for Sustainable Development of Forest Resources and, consequently, a system of rules and principles basis of the national forest policy.

(ua) This article examines the digital transformation accompanying the rapid economic growth in China, Malaysia, and India—three of the most dynamic countries in the world. It explores how this transformation impacts various sectors, including the economy, politics, and technology, particularly within the context of the 5G industry. The study employs the Agile methodology, known for its flexibility and self-organization, to illustrate how these countries adapt to digitalization challenges faced by both government and business communities. Forecasting and modeling techniques are used to elucidate the strategies employed to overcome these challenges. The main drivers of digital transformation in this rapidly developing region include a strong emphasis on technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, biotechnology, and the green and blue economies. These factors present numerous opportunities for digital transformation across all industries, accelerating innovation and boosting productivity. China, Malaysia, and India are setting ambitious goals for their 5G network development strategies to ensure innovative growth, security, and competitiveness. The article also highlights the future prospects for digital transformation in these countries and their potential role in the global digital landscape.
The Influence of Digital Creative Technologies on the Development of Education and Medicine

(en) A concise and factual abstract The purpose of scientific research is to trace the patterns of change in the development of education and medicine and justify the direction in which they will develop so that people will be ready for rapid change, and education prepares professionals capable of implementing new digital technologies that improve human health. The methodology of the study is to use such methods as analysis and synthesis, categorical analysis, comparative analysis, sociological method, and other methods of scientific knowledge. The purpose of the study was to identify patterns of change in the development of medicine and education due to the impact on them of digital technology. The article reveals the content and essence of digital tec hnologies, which are introduced in medicine, require training in the provision of medical care; analyzes the directions of development of medicine in the context of philosophical reflection, and tests the effectiveness of their use. The practical significance of the study lies in the philosophical inderstanding of the interaction between education and medicine, according to which the future of our civilization, based on cellular medicine, the discovery of stem cells, which are developed using modern technology and new standards of medicine.
