(en) The development of a new generation of information technologies and engineering equipment directly affects the path of scientific research and innovation. As a result of these processes, new trends are developing, such as information technology, AI, digital education and medicine, etc. The 4th Industrial Revolution is the result of digital transformation. These processes are the basis for the evolution from the 4th to the 5th industrial revolution. The article analyses the fifth generation of 5G mobile telecommunication systems, which is a new wireless communication standard that will bring significant improvements in the data transfer speed of connecting many devices simultaneously.

(en) The analysis of the innovative space with a complex structure and configuration has been conducted by showing that its space-time frame is uncertain due to the high dynamics. The results obtained from the analysis of virtuum as a kind of multidimensional reality , forming a new image of society and, at the same time, generating and combining new knowledge. Knowledge and innovation are shown as the fundamental dominant of the current model of society and as the result this model combines the characteristics of informational, cybercultural, technogenic, virtual, and innovative society. On this basis, the main purpose of the research was implementation of the correlation of innovative creations and new epistemes, which were the foundation of the innovative space. The ontological approach that became the theoretical basis of this research showed that the innovative space is understood as one of the multidimensional sphere of social existence as such, including all actors of innovation. The results of the research confir med that fundamental knowledge is updating the epistemological resource, at the same time, the mechanisms and methodology of research are constantly changing, technical and technological tools are being modernized and all of these factors influence on innovative space. Besides, innovative space as an artificial environment is correcting social and natural phenomena.
Features of functional dependence of random phenomena and values in social being in conditions of its unstability (the environmental position)

(en) The analysis of the phenomenon of "random" and the principle of the relationship of random phenomena in social reality in the conditions of its instability has been conducted. On this basis, the key task was the conceptualization of the random phenomena in the scales of typology of fundamental and social interactions. It has been confirmed that the concept of "random" in terms of instability is more effectively described through ontological, phenomenological, transcendental and functional approaches and in the context of environmental position. A probability principle was applied when describing the randomness of abstract values. It has been proved that even minor aberrations at one or another point of space at different systemic levels of the material world can profoundly change the metric properties of systems, cause their instability. The results of the research confirmed that the unstable social system does not return to the state of equilibrium from which it has came out for different reasons, but continuously it moves away from it or makes unacceptably large fluctuations around it. And functional dependence between random phenomena and quantities under conditions of social instability is possible as stability of a different kind.
Sustainability of social being as an effect of transforming non-random events into constructive energy (synergetic and transcendent approaches)

(en) The analysis of the conversion of non-random events into constructive energy has been conducted. “Non-randomness” is shown as a complex philosophic and theological category that has a deep eschatological meaning, actualizing the highest meaning of divine being, and a lot of manifestations of being in all its dialectical complexity and antinomy of its logic. On this basis, the main purpose of the research was conceptualization of the sustainability of social being as an effect of transforming non-random events into constructive energy. Synergetic and transcendent approaches as the theoretical basis of this research showed that the process of converting randomness into non-randomness is quite laborious, it requires a long time and as a result of this transformation, a pattern is revealed that allows synchronizing the synergy of scientific ideas, theories of being, scientific pictures of the world, as well as approaches to building a new everyday life in social virtuum. The results of the research confirmed that non-random events can be someone or something manageable and consciously ordered which creates sustainability. Sustainability is shown as the ability of society as a complex system to maintain its current state under the influence of external and internal factors. Random events are transformed into non-random events, since this is logical for the human mind and necessary for a comfortable life in society. If the social system becomes emergent, then applicable to historical time and the situation, appropriate approaches, evaluation criteria, methods, strategies and tactics are developed to minimize fluctuations.
