Здоров'язбережувальна компетентність керівника закладу освіти як складова його професійної компетентності

(ua) У статті актуалізовано питання збереження здоров'я школярів в освітньому процесі, оскільки кількість хворих дітей у нашій державі зростає через погіршення та нестабільність соціально-економічної, екологічної ситуації, незадовільні умови життя частини населення, що знижує адаптивні можливості дитячого організму та його опірності до дії різних шкідливих факторів. Визначено, що здоров'язбережувальна компетентність керівника закладу загальної середньої освіти – це складова його професійної компетентності; це здатність та готовність керівника до планування, організації та реалізації заходів, спрямованих на збереження та зміцнення здоров'я учнів, педагогів та інших членів шкільного колективу. До структури здоров’язбережувальної компетентності керівника закладу загальної середньої освіти слід віднести такі основні компоненти: мотиваційно-ціннісний (інтереси, мотиви, цілі, переконання, ставлення, ціннісні орієнтації на здійснення здоров’язберігальної діяльності); гносеологічний (сукупність психолого-педагогічних та управлінських знань, зокрема про: нормативно-правове забезпечення розвитку здоров’я через освіту; засади управління закладом із позиції здоров’язбереження; основи людського здоров’я, особливості формування фізичного, психічного, соціального, ментального здоров’я на різних етапах онтогенезу людини; складові здорового способу життя; особливості застосування здоров’язберігальних засобів, форм, методів, технологій тощо); процесуальний (сукупність професійних умінь, якість засвоєння й узагальнення яких необхідні для здійснення педагогом здоров’язберігальної діяльності) і рефлексивний (самоаналіз, самооцінка та корекція результатів власної діяльності, здатність до самоосвіти і саморозвитку для ефективного здійснення здоров’язберігальної діяльності). У статті наведено результати дослідження ставлення керівників шкіл до проблеми збереження здоров'я учнів в освітньому процесі, які дозволили виявити ступінь системності роботи школи над проблемою збереження здоров'я учнів; розглянути специфіку взаємодії школи із зовнішнім середовищем, виявити труднощі у роботі з партнерами щодо збереження здоров'я дітей; з’ясувати особливості сприйняття проблем збереження здоров'я школярів керівниками шкіл, їх розуміння реальної та бажаної діяльності педагогічного колективу щодо збереження здоров'я школярів. Результати дослідження дозволять розпочати обґрунтування умов розвитку здоров’язбережувальної компетентності та розробку програмно-методичного забезпечення підготовки та перепідготовки педагогів та керівників шкіл до здоров'язберігаючої діяльності. (en) The article updates the issue of preserving the health of schoolchildren in the educational process, since the number of sick children in our country is growing due to the deterioration and instability of the socio-economic, ecological situation, unsatisfactory living conditions of part of the population, which reduces the adaptive capabilities of the child's body and its resistance to the action of various harmful factors of competence. It is determined that the health-safe competence of the head of a general secondary education institution is a component of his professional competence; it is the ability and readiness of the head to plan, organize and implement measures aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of students, teachers and other members of the school staff. The structure of the health-preserving competence of the head of the educational institution should include the following main components: motivational and value (interests, motives, goals, beliefs, attitudes, value orientations for the implementation of health-preserving activities); epistemological (a set of psychological, pedagogical and managerial knowledge, in particular about: regulatory and legal support for the development of personal health through education; principles of institution management from the perspective of health preservation; foundations of human health, features of the formation of physical, mental, social, spiritual health at different stages of human ontogenesis; components of a healthy lifestyle; features of the use of health-preserving means, forms, methods, technologies, etc.); procedural (a set of professional skills, the quality of assimilation and generalization of which are necessary for the teacher to carry out health-preserving activities) and reflective (self-analysis, self-assessment and correction of the results of one's own activities, the ability to self-education and self-development for the effective implementation of health-preserving activities). The article presents the results of a study of the attitude of school leaders to the problem of preserving students' health in the educational process, which allowed us to identify the degree of systematic work of the school on the problem of preserving students' health; to consider the specifics of the school's interaction with the external environment, to identify difficulties in working with partners to preserve children's health; to find out the peculiarities of the perception of the problems of preserving schoolchildren's health by school leaders, their understanding of the real and desired activities of the teaching staff to preserve schoolchildren's health. The results will allow us to begin substantiating the conditions for the development of health-preserving competence and developing programmatic and methodological support for the training and retraining of teachers and school leaders for health-preserving activities.
