(ua) The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the phenomenon of vergence of technologies and innovations in the context of building a society as a complex system by modernizing the innovation environment. To achieve the goal, general scientific and special -scientific methods of cognition were used, in particular, dialectical, formal-logical, analysis and synthesis, system-structural. The key methodological principles, spatial-topological and ontological, were presented. It is confirmed that the concept of "vergence" is the state of systems at the point of intersection of divergent and convergent processes, as well as their balancing. Vergence as a method of creative thinking was used in this study primarily to solve problems and tasks related to the synchronism of various contradictory processes (reconciles the processes of "scattering", "accele ration" and "gathering", "braking"). The value of this approach was in finding multiple solutions to ambiguous problems. The results of the study confirmed that the vergent interaction of technologies and innovations, the merging of funds and resources that contribute to the modernization of the innovation space, their analysis and synchronism, excluded the position of rest in the social system and, on the contrary, gave rise to a situation of accelerated but controlled dynamism.

Психологічні механізми справедливості в соціальних взаємодіях підлітків

(ua) У статті презентуються результати вивчення проблеми розвитку психологічних механізмів справедливості в соціальних взаємодіях підлітків. Зазначається, що ознакою підліткового віку є лібералізація цінностей, що позначається на моральних виявах особистості, яка зростає, й особливостях взаємодій з навколишніми людьми. Актуалізується проблема побудови чесних, правдивих взаємин зі значущими іншими – ровесниками, батьками, учителями – на засадах справедливості. Згідно з науковими поглядами авторів, її досягнення в соціальних взаємодіях підлітка забезпечується завдяки активізації психологічних механізмів ціннісної рефлексії, соціальної ідентифікації, ціннісної саморегуляції. У роботі психологічні механізми розглядаються як способи перетворень ціннісної сфери особистості підлітка, що зумовлюють розвиток моральної якості справедливості, яка об’єктивується в процесі його соціальних взаємодій з іншими людьми. Зазначається, що завдяки механізму ціннісної рефлексії активізуються процеси розвитку ціннісної самосвідомості особистості, яка зростає. Рефлексуючи на себе як носія цінності справедливості, підліток осмислює та переосмислює свою ціннісну орієнтацію, визначається з правильністю морального вибору й окреслює вектор побудови соціальних взаємодій з іншими людьми. Механізм соціальної ідентифікації розглядається як такий, що «запускає» встановлення підлітком емоційних зв’язків з навколишніми, сприяє розвитку здатності перейматися їхніми інтересами й переживаннями, розуміти та приймати особистісну позицію кожного, налагоджувати діалогічність у взаємодіях. Зауважується, що ціннісна саморегуляція активізує процес довільного керування підлітком власними діями та вчинками згідно з прийнятими в суспільстві нормами справедливості у взаємодії з іншими людьми. Здійснивши ціннісну рефлексію, виявивши себе як суб’єкт ідентифікації зі значущими для себе навколишніми людьми, удаючись до ціннісної саморегуляції, він досягає гуманізації міжособистісних взаємин. (en) The article presents the study of the problem of the development of psychological mechanisms of justice in the social interactions of adolescents. It is noted that a feature of adolescence is the liberalization of values, which affects the moral manifestations of the growing personality and the features of interactions with others. The problem of building honest, truthful relationships with significant others – peers, parents, teachers on the principles of justice is highlighted. According to the scientific views of the authors, its achievement in the social interactions of a teenager is ensured by activating the psychological mechanisms of value reflection, social identification, and value self-regulation. Psychological mechanisms are considered as ways of transforming the value sphere of the teenager's personality, which determine the development of the moral quality of justice, which is objectified in the process of social interactions of a teenager with other people. It is noted that thanks to the mechanism of value reflection, the processes of development of value self-awareness of a growing personality are activated. Reflectingon himself as a bearer of the value of justice, the teenager understands and rethinks his value orientation, is determined by the correctness of the moral choice and outlines the vector of building social interactions with other people. The mechanism of social identification is considered as one that “launches” the establishment of emotional ties with others by the teenager, contributes to the development of the ability to be concerned with their interests and experiences, to understand and accept the personal position of each, to establish dialogicity in interactions. It is noted that value self-regulation activates the process of arbitrary control by the teenager of his own actions and deeds in accordance with the norms of justice accepted in society in interactions with other people. Having carried out value reflection, having revealed himself as a subject of identification with others significant to him, resorting to value self-regulation, he achieves the humanization of interpersonal relationships.
