Теоретична значимість цієї роботи полягає в тому, що концептуально обґрунтовані нові підходи до процесу створення моделей професійної підготовки робочих складних електро- і радіотехнічних професій. Практична значимість цієї роботи полягає в тому, що розроблені й застосовані в навчальному процесі ПТНЗ прогностичні професійні моделі (навчальні плани) навчального процесу для різних професій.(ru) В статье рассмотрены подходы и принципы построения интегрированных профессий. Теоретическая значимость этой работы заключается в том, что концептуально обоснованны новые подходы к процессу создания моделей профессиональной подготовки рабочих сложных электро- и радиотехнических профессий. Практическая значимость этой работы заключается в том, что разработаны и применены в учебном процессе ПТУЗ прогностические профессиональные модели (учебные планы) учебного процесса для разных профессий.(en) Vocational training today cannot be seen as a continuation of the old, traditional training system. Vocational training now requires quantitative and qualitative changes that would meet the requirements of production, which is now developing in accordance with the requirements of a market economy. So far, only attempts have been made to reform the education system in order to bring it closer to the needs of the industry, but no special results have been achieved. In this regard, the problems of forecasting, long-term planning and education management are becoming increasingly important every year. Improving the theory and practice of scientific forecasting and the development of new modeling systems can improve the efficiency of managing all the links of the most complex mechanism of the state, one of which is education. In 1995, a need arose for specialists of a new type for the operation of the housing stock of operating offices. That is, there was a problem of servicing the housing stock in the new economic conditions. And we had the idea to create a profession in which there would be several specializations. The result of further research was the development of a fundamentally new profession, which was in the classifier called «Concierge». Studying the operating conditions of residential buildings, we came to the conclusion that a profession was needed that combined the types of work that would help operate these houses and provide services to their residents. Preliminary studies have shown that it is necessary to go through the creation of an integrated profession, that is, for the first time, an integrated profession was theoretically justified and built for the construction industry, which included three specialties. The main specialties that were included in this profession: plasterer, painter, tiler (master of finishing works) of III-IV categories; electrician of III-IV categories; joiner of the III category. The curriculum and programs in subjects for the new profession were developed on the instructions of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The new profession was called «Worker on the comprehensive maintenance and repair of buildings». The entire documentation package was developed in 1995. The experimental verification of all didactic content was carried out on the basis of the Kirovograd Professional Lyceum from 1996 to 2001.
